Barack Obama actually said...
Nobody disputes that this guy is the best-equipped guy for the job, that he's got the best qualifications imaginable, that he's dealt with financial crises consistently, and steadily. And so the notion that somebody who has made what is a common mistake because they worked for an international organization, they paid this money back, paid penalties, and the notion that somehow that's disqualifying makes absolutely no sense.
