I congratulate Macky Sall on his victory in Senegal's Presidential elections.

I think this is an excellent opportunity for us to discuss a wide range of issues.

Senegal has, through this election, reaffirmed its tradition as a leading example of good governance and democracy at work in Africa.

Moving forward, we've got more work to do between our two countries.
