We just learned today that ExxonMobil made nearly $12 billion last quarter. This is coming off of $11 billion the quarter before that and $11 billion the quarter before that. No United States corporation has ever, in American history, made that much of a profit in a quarter. Never happened before. But while big oil is making record profits, you're paying record prices at the pump.
