You’re thinking about sitting out or even supporting somebody who has a history of denigrating you because you think that’s a, a sign of strength? Because that’s what being a man is? Putting women down? That is not acceptable.

Some of you know when I was growing up, I didn't have a father in the house. But I did have people around me, stepfather, grandparents, teachers, coaches and most of all my mother, who tried to teach me the difference between right and wrong, who showed me what it meant to be honest and responsible to work hard, to treat other people the way I wanted to be treated.
I believe these two reforms would have contributed significantly to the sustainability of Social Security.
