As commander in chief, I will not allow the United States to be dragged into fighting another war in Iraq. As we support Iraqis as they take the fight to terrorists, American combat will not return to Iraq because there is no American military solution to the larger crisis at Iraq.
President Obama emphasizes that the U.S. will not engage in another war in Iraq and that the solution to the crisis must come from the Iraqis themselves.
