We want to empower individuals to work together.
We're going to keep working to renew the African Growth and Opportunity Act and enhance it.
Both also recognized the importance of countering piracy in the Indian Ocean.
I want to make sure that small businesses, medium-sized businesses, women-owned businesses, have opportunity.
