Republicans tried to repeal what we had done, again, and again, and again. And they filed lawsuits that went all the way to the Supreme Court three times. So given all the noise and the controversy and the skepticism, today the ACA hasn`t just survived, it`s pretty darned popular, and the reason is because it`s done what it was supposed to do. It`s made a difference.
