To jump-start job creation, I have proposed a $50 billion emergency economic plan. We need to replace Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as we know them today. I will ease the burden on struggling homeowners through a universal homeowners' tax credit. I will change our bankruptcy laws to make it easier for families to stay in their homes.
