I am rooting for the American team but that whoever wins both teams have played great basketball.
We will not let the acts of some small band of murderers distort who we are.
We do not succumb to fear, nor will we squander the optimism that has always defined us as a people.
The highest honor we can pay those we lost is to stay true to who we are as Americans.
