What we now have is evidence that chemical weapons have been used inside of Syria, but we don't know how they were used, when they were used...

He said even without weapons of mass destruction, chemical weapons, sarin, 70,000 people have been killed.

We need to make sure they know that asking for help is not a sign of weakness—it is a sign of strength.
