The United States welcomes the Republic of Korea's ratification of a new five-year Special Measures Agreement.
Our alliance remains a linchpin of security in Asia.
These are historic seals that were part of the monarchy here in Korea.
We have to make sure that in strong concert with our allies, that we are continuing to press on North Korea to change its approach.
