In order to reflect modifications to the HTS made to conform the rules of origin for certain yarns described in section 204(b)(3)(B)(vi)(IV) of the Andean Trade Preference Act to the Convention, general note 29 of the HTS is modified as set forth in Annex II to this proclamation.
