Let me just say in a couple of areas that the gentleman from Colorado [Mr. Hefley] is right and the gentlewoman from Colorado [Mrs. Schroeder] is right. We have the pay raise, which is absolutely important to our people. We have the increased housing allowance. We have a number of other quality of life issues that we need to get passed. We owe them to our people in uniform.
