I have made this statement for the last year, but if anybody has a relative who is serving in Iraq without body armor, please call me personally. I have not yet received a single phone call. Mr. Speaker, I yield 4\1/2\ minutes to the gentlewoman from Virginia (Mrs. Drake) who does so much for the troops.
