That means out of 10 aircraft that are on the line when you call for them to do their mission operation to carry out their mission, only about 60 percent, a little over 60 percent of those aircraft are capable of doing it, and that is after we have cut our air wings from 24 to 13 fighter air wings. So we have roughly half the air power that we had during Desert Storm. And even those aircraft, those reduced squadrons, are becoming very unready.
