I was just walking out when I heard the gentleman mention the great Henry Hyde of Illinois, and I just wanted to add my words as a guy who watched him in monumental debates that affected this Nation and the world over the last 26 years. Henry Hyde has been a giant in the House of Representatives and in America, and I want to thank the gentleman.
