Yet the only reason ObamaCare was found constitutional, the primary reason that Chief Justice Roberts--joining with Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Elena Kagan, along with Sonia Sotomayor--upheld the individual mandate is under Congress' taxing authority.…”
