I’m grateful to AARP Idaho for hosting this telephone town hall and giving Idahoans another venue to share their counsel, ask questions, and hear directly from me about the work being done in Washington, D.C., and what’s ahead in Congress.

They’re a friend, they’re another country that’s a friend, and you want to take care of your friends, our friends need to take care of you.

I look forward to an engaging discussion about the issues that matter most to the people of Idaho.

I’m proud to sign on to this legislation to protect the privacy rights of Idahoans from increasingly intrusive surveillance data collection and to prohibit the widespread deployment of such surveillance tools with federal dollars.
