Mr. Speaker, I move to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 4049) to amend the Act to provide for the establishment of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore in the State of Wisconsin, and for other purposes, to adjust the boundary of that National Lakeshore to include the lighthouse known as Ashland Harbor Breakwater Light, and for other purposes, as amended. The Clerk read the title of the bill. The text of the bill is as follows: H.R. 4049 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Ashland Breakwater Light Transfer Act''. SEC. 2. BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT TO INCLUDE LIGHTHOUSE. Public Law 91-424 (16 U.S.C. 460w et seq.) is amended as follows: (1) In the first section as follows: (A) In the matter preceding subsection (a)-- (i) by striking ``islands and shoreline'' and inserting ``islands, shoreline, and light stations''; and (ii) by inserting ``historic,'' after ``scenic,''.
