I think we need a better effort to at least educate me as to how it is being coordinated and spent, that it is being done in the most useful...

Let us not let that deteriorate because of the budgets or the efficiencies you have to create within the Department.

As this week is National Groundwater Awareness Week, I am pleased to see the increased emphasis in the budget on groundwater.
