A further $35 Billion to allay the economic harms of dam breach is now being proposed by Rep. Mike Simpson.
I have some real problems with the WOTUS rule.
the major part of it is going to be nuclear energy.
It would be beneficial to discuss the Forest Service's plans for implementing these additional sources of funding.
