I also appreciate Senator Sarbanes and the other Senators in the Chamber who are so involved in working on this critical issue. Our water infrastructure needs in this Nation are crying out for attention. This is one of those areas we have to address in the budget. We have the kind of need that requires us to be focused and unified. I am very pleased we were able to come together on an amendment today that will help us begin the process of addressing the crying need in our Nation's infrastructure for water systems.
