These are challenging times for the United States and the world, but our policies across the board are not helping us.
I am proud of the work we did together to permanently authorize the Global Magnitsky authority.
I do think we need a closer relationship between the intent of Congress and the implementation of our laws.
I find it embarrassing. I think it is antithetical to our strategic interests.
