Idahoans have endured a Ninth Circuit dominated by California’s values for far too long. The Circuit Court of Appeals Reorganization Act would restructure the Eighth, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits to create a more efficient judicial system…

I urge the Senate to pass them quickly so these treasured resources can continue serving Idahoans for generations to come.

We must advance this important bill and make it law.

I have never run into anybody that has an inholding property that has not had some disagreement with their neighbor, the Federal Government.
