the United States has been a partner of Georgia for 30 years now, supporting its democracy, its self-determination, its security, and it is a relationship that has been based on shared values.
For whatever reason the second branch of government is reluctant to anger other countries or look at the wrath of other countries, and that is just flat wrong.
Autocrats fear the loss of control, and this ensures opposing ideas are neither seen nor heard.
I do think we need a closer relationship between the intent of Congress and the implementation of our laws.
