I certainly will respect your time. But, Mr. President, that is the point. There is all of this emphasis, all of this discussion on a point of order. At any point--at any point--you may seek a waiver of that point of order. In all likelihood, if you are going to have an increase in the minimum wage, we all know that will require a majority vote in the Senate. It may be the same majority that would also vote to waive that. The point of order also is not self- executing. Somebody has to raise that point of order.
