States know who the recipients are because they administer the SNAP Program, and they also know where the jobs are.
I am supportive of it, but let me just simply say I think you need to go beyond that.
If you take SNAP and you reduce it or you eliminate it, you are obviously going to impact not just the poor families that are receiving it.
There is no doubt that there are many, many, many working poor, working poor with an emphasis on working.
