We are writing to express our strong support for the above-referenced rule proposed on August 21, 2023, and urge the USDA to act expeditiously to finalize it.

I hope that that factor is taken into consideration, given the importance of this Department

investments in research that create new opportunities; new income opportunities, is a way of maintaining those small- and mid-sized farming operations
