We are sort of nickleing-and-dime it, we are putting a Band-Aid on it.
We have identified those five additional states.
Dairy producers, processors, and other stakeholders will have to agree on one dairy pricing plan.
Our review is not finished. We need to continue to look for ways in which we can create flexibility.
