I am supportive of it, but let me just simply say I think you need to go beyond that.
The time for that is over. The time for-- especially with labor shortages.
This is nuts. This is just crazy what is going on here with the workforce.
Our review is not finished. We need to continue to look for ways in which we can create flexibility.
