So there is no question, with an expanding market, reduced and eliminated tariffs, and a process for enforcing science- and rules-based sanitary and phytosanitary barriers, that we are going to increase agricultural exports.

I would say, frankly, that as a Nation we have underfunded research in agriculture for far too long.
The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, or Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) invests $40 million in Lake Champlain which will allow us to extend additional support throughout the basin.
