I agree, as far as trade relations with China. The administration worked very hard, and I think that is very, very positive. And Congress is not beyond blame, also, in some of the sanctions that were put on. There is no question about that. But the reality is it is more difficult today in many parts of the world to sell our products than it was even 10 years ago. And if we have learned anything in the past decades, it is that using food and medicine as a weapon in foreign policy has never worked. All it does is punish our farmers here. It does not help the people in the countries that we are supposedly punishing. I think the gentleman's point is well taken.
