I thank the gentleman for yielding. And I appreciate very much what's going on and the reduction of spending. I'm just very concerned that this is not really a thoughtful way of doing it, that if we're after waste, fraud and abuse in our budget, this is going to cripple us as far as finding out where those places are. It will continue to fund items, lines in the budget that have waste, fraud and abuse and will not eliminate those. And also, when you look at just the transportation portion, I think the gentleman from Massachusetts (Mr. Olver) brought the point up too, but this would, in fact, stop air traffic control for a period of weeks. And I don't think many of us here would like to see our airports close down for several weeks because we don't have air traffic control. And that's exactly what would happen.
