I believe we came out with a good bill, one that will move us forward. But now, as I said at the time when the authorizing bill passed: We have created the authorization, now show us the money. I think this is an appropriate time to say the President's budget will be coming down in a couple of months, the budget for next year. The President, I know, is a strong supporter of the reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. It has all these requirements for schools for testing and teacher quality and improvement, all the things on which we agreed. But will we have the resources?
