I think again what this boils down to is do you want to have our troops have more debate, more discussion, more ideas, or do you want them to be limited? I say to my friends on the Republican side, maybe you will be inclined to just vote for Limbaugh and Dr. Laura and stuff, but I ask for your thoughts on fairness and equity. Someday the shoe may be on the other foot. I don't want them to hear one side of the story. I want them to hear both sides of the story. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator's time has expired.
