I respond to my friend from New Hampshire, there is a chart that is being passed out that has fiscal year 2001, and it has Landrieu, then it has Gregg, and it looks as if the Gregg amendment gives a lot more to each of these States the Senator from New Hampshire just mentioned--Connecticut and a few others--but you have to add to the Landrieu column the school construction money, which the Senator from New Hampshire does not do. So if we add that up, we will get----
