There is danger in flexibility, not just because of you but because of everybody that works under you and the Border Pat...
It sounds like we are doing dealing with cattle or some kind of livestock. Just round them up and ship them back.
I really do believe that Congress needs to address these concerns.
As I retire, I know I leave it in good hands.
