The Senator has a right to modify the amendment. The amendment is so modified. The amendment (No. 2283), as modified, is as follows: (Purpose: To make available funds for pandemic flu preparedness) On page 169, line 18, strike ``$183,589,000: Provided, That 120,000,000'' and replace with ``$8,158,589,000: Provided, That 8,095,000,000''
