I thought there was no controversy on the sense-of-the-Senate resolution that the Senate and the Congress and the President act promptly to address these inequities on the Medicare repayment, of which the Senator from Idaho has been a very strong proponent for a long time. I thought we were going to have a vote on it. I don't understand why we are not voting on this today.
