Would the Senator state what that would mean? Give me some idea what that might mean for a family in Iowa that applied for student aid, has been getting student aid, a son or daughter going to a private college--Simpson College or Graceland or Clarke or a number of colleges in Iowa. They have been applying for student aid and all of a sudden they get hit with this change. Give me some idea what that means for that family that is eligible for student aid with a couple of kids in high school and maybe they have a couple of kids in college.
