But you see, in order for a team to work, there must be open discourse, there must be a consideration, and there must be not just the semblance of, but the genuine foundation of cooperation and equal participation. See, I think what my friend from Missouri still believes is that management ought to be able to tell workers what to do all the time just because they own the plant. They ought to be able to tell a worker exactly what to do, when to do it and everything else, and if the worker does not like it, out the door. I do not happen to believe that, you see. I am sorry we have a philosophical difference. I happen to believe that workers, that labor should take equal positions with capital. They both ought to be respected.
