I ask the Senator again, with his long experience in the area of inspectors general and what they do, is it not true that this is real money we are talking about? In other words, we always pass bills and they say this is going to save us so much money in the future. We are all akin to doing that. But this is money right now, and every single day the inspector general's office is out there getting fines, payments. I just read examples from last year. This is real money that people have to pay back to the Government. Is that not true?
