The other reason I have heard that they had had trouble with Bonnie Campbell is that she wasn't nominated until early this year. I did some further research. Again, I ask the Senator, he has a lot of institutional knowledge. I looked up the circuit court judges in 1992, to find out when they were nominated and when they were confirmed. If we look, here is one who was nominated in January of 1992, confirmed in September. Here is another one, January of 1992, confirmed in February of 1992. We come clear down here, there is one here, Timothy K. Lewis, nominated in September of 1992, hearing in September, confirmed in October, right before the election, nominated by a Republican President.
