As I understand it, this election has not been certified. That has been brought out in the debate, and therefore we are still operating under the election of this year. As I understand it further, the Senator can correct me if I am wrong, that this finding of this election overseer now goes to a judge, the judge will make a decision as to whether or not to have a rerun of the election and, further, cannot that judge then decide who should pay for it, also?
