Mr. President, I also want to clear up one parliamentary question. The occupant of the chair stated we had 2 hours evenly divided. I believe that is today. But on the agreement for the entire debate on the Congressional Review Act, if I am not mistaken, it is 4 hours evenly divided. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator is correct.
