This is really about, No. 1, the loss of jobs in a number of States. We will lose many jobs in Iowa, too... It is probably for a shorter period of time in Iowa than in Mississippi or Florida or Georgia... nonetheless, there are periods of time in the summer when it is a health matter for the elderly to make sure they have air-conditioning. And some will not be able to afford the purchase price of an air-conditioner with this 13 seasonal energy efficiency ratio, SEER, that is in the bill. Basically, what this amendment does is strikes the language in the bill that mandates this. First of all, I don't think we ought to be mandating appliance standards. This is something that ought to be within the purview of the Department of Energy to let them review all the data and then come up with a standard.
