If it is true, as has been said, that transportation is the veins and arteries of our free enterprise system in America, surely O'Hare is the heart pump. When O'Hare backs up, everything backs up. Airports back up all over the country. Delivery systems back up all over the country. What happens at O'Hare affects every community in America. Quite frankly, the situation at O'Hare is getting to be to the point where if you have one bad weather pattern in Chicago, and you have sunshine in the rest of the United States, you might as well have a hurricane in every city if it is bad in Chicago. It will back up everything all over America.
