That is exactly right. I say again to the Senator, when it is defined to people, both men and women, what Roe v. Wade really does in terms of the first 3 months and then after that what the State can do, but with exceptions for life and health of the mother, as the Senator so rightfully pointed out, the overwhelming majority of the American people say yes, that ought to inure to the individual and not to the Government.
