I particularly appreciate that the students from Westwood, which closed in 2016, finally have been granted relief.

Our institution's performance, measured by student withdrawal and default rates, is one of the best of any examined, and it appears that students are faring well at this degree-based college.

These important guarantees, however, are not self-enforcing. They're only as strong as the agency charged with enforcing them, and that's the EEOC.
