There are 14 out of 100. So women are drastically underrepresented in the body. They are underrepresented on the Supreme Court. Women have made great strides. Fourteen is more than there were when I came here--there were only one or two at the time I came here. They are making strides. What this says is we are going to turn the clock back. I don't want to turn the clock back and neither does the Senator from California. We have to make sure women in America have their constitutional right to privacy, just like men. That is what this is really about. I thank the Senator. I am proud to be on her side.
